Course features: This interactive escape room-style activity includes:

  • Gamified learning experience based on a time travel adventure that incorporates seek-and-finds and secret codes.

  • Variable, conditions, and triggers to create gated interactions that must be completed before continuing.

Storyline 360 - Augmented Reality: Identify Common Weeds

 

Project background: Top Lawn Care requested an overview of the eight most common weeds and how to treat them.

Course features: This training module incorporates:

  • An attention-grabbing introduction video that includes an overview of the topics and explains its importance. 

  • Images and definitions of the eight most common weeds found in lawns.

  • A 360 augmented reality image in Storyline.

  • Knowledge check questions to check participant understanding.

  • Drag-and-drop with a visual interaction for testing participant's recognition of common weeds that provides a score and promotes competition.

Project background: Top Lawn Care requested training for their lawn technicians to train them how to explain their three lawn care packages, and how to sell them to customers.

Course features: This training video  includes:

  • An attention-grabbing introduction that includes an overview of the three main lawn packages and demonstrates how to offer them to customers. 

  • A clear process with easy-to-follow steps.

  • Creates a memorable experience through visually pleasing graphics.

Storyline 360: Completing Customer Orders on Your Handheld Device

 

Project background: As part of a curriculum for a lawn care company, the technicians needed to learn how to use the customer service app on their handheld device. This module is an excerpt showing a lawn technician how to complete customer orders on the handheld device. 

Module features: This training module incorporates:

  • Engaging interactions that allow participants to practice using the app on the handheld device.

  • Software demonstrations using graphics and audio to simulate the application that employees use on their handheld device.

  • Hands-on application of the tasks learned to promote learning retention and transfer to the job.

Project background: An insurance company was looking for an engaging way to provide practice to help for agency team differentiate between the various type of automobile insurance policies.

  • Motivation through scoring and competition with yourself for a higher score.

  • Creates a memorable experience through visually pleasing graphics.

Project background: A transportation and medical waste processing organization required a job aid with steps to follow when a workplace injury occurs.

  • An if/then table specifying how to report various real-world workplace accidents. 

  • Notes with details that specify how to perform the steps properly.
