Now apply what you've learned so far to plan a podcast.

To practice, complete the following podcast activities:

Gather a script or outline. Use the sample script or your own.
Determine how you will make your presentation engaging to listeners.
Choose music and sound effects.
Open the recording software you like to use, such as Audacity, Adobe audition, or other voice recorder.
Set the microphone inputs and outputs.
Contact your interviewee, if applicable.
Choose a recording location.
Soundproof the recording location.
